Introduction

Driving Range Physical Screen (20 minutes)                                                  FREE

Our staff will meet you during an individual golf lesson with your coach present.  We will quickly review your goals and discuss with your coach what is being worked on to determine if a performance program can enhance your lesson plan.  The actual physical screen uses a 3-step tool to quickly identify a physical link.  The end result is a verbal and/or brief written recommendation for you and your coach.

Golf Diagnostics

Specializing in Dynamic and Physical Analysis of the Golf Body:  Most golf instructional programs focus on WHAT is wrong with a golfer’s swing, not WHY!  Working directly with our diagnostic team, we will identify WHY you have the swing characteristics you do and identify HOW they are limiting your performance potential.

Golf Diagnostic Services Available:

2-D Video Analysis (30 minutes)

This program allows your swing to be evaluated in frame-by-frame slow motion, using the SwingView™ Pro software via laptop.  This is a very effective way to identify your swing characteristics.

Golf BioDynamics (GBD) - 3-D Motion Analysis (60 minutes)

Ideal for measuring an individual’s swing efficiency.  Using the latest technology, GBD provides expert interpretative biomechanical reporting on body motions during the golf swing.  Real-time position and orientation of parts of the body (i.e. Head, shoulders, arms, hips, etc.) are recorded as the golfer swings the club – all in 3-D.

Golf Balance Screen (30 minutes)

Balance – both static and dynamic – is crucial to an efficient, repeatable golf swing.   This complete balance screen includes assessment of the golf address posture and a printout of your balance analysis during your full swing motion.   The Dynamic Balance System™ presented by Sports Balance Technology, provides real-time, visual feedback helping the golfer visualize and “feel” a powerful, effective and balanced pivot motion.  The results of this examination will be used to make recommendations on balance, weight transfer and lower body function.

Pre-Performance Screen (30 minutes)

This is the entry point into our performance program.  Each individual will be oriented to our facility and available services.  Our staff will review your goals and current & past health history to determine which service program would be most effective for you.  The pre-performance screen is an 11-step screening tool that allows our performance staff to quickly identify any physical limitations that may be hindering your game.

Performance Body Work Evaluation (120 minutes)

A licensed medical professional will conduct a thorough musculoskeletal assessment, including the use of the Selective Functional Movement Screen (SFMA).  This evaluation examines your range of motion, flexibility, joint stability and strength as they relate to the golf swing.  The end result is the design of an individualized corrective exercise program.

Performance Conditioning Assessment (120 minutes)

Strength and conditioning will not only help you generate more power, but also help you prevent injury and sustain a higher level of performance for a longer period of time using less energyThe Performance Conditioning Assessment includes a golf-specific conditioning assessment, body fat percentage, basal metabolic index, circumferential measurements, target heart rate, strength testing, power testing and muscle endurance testing. The end result is the creation of a personalized golf conditioning program.

Diagnostic Report (30 minutes)

Completion of a written report and summary based on services received.  Identifies and explains your personal BODY-SWING connection.  This comprehensive report is ideal for your swing coach to review, as it will help maximize the effectiveness of lessons by making your coach aware of your physical limitations.

Diagnostic Follow-up/Problem Solving Session (30 minutes)

During this interactive session our staff will review the results of diagnostic report and physical assessment making specific recommendations related to performance programming.

Each service is designed to utilize our state-of-the-art technologies to measure swing efficiency, identify biomechanical stress and/or pain during practice or play, use our unique hands-on evaluation skills and help our staff establish the specific BODY-SWING connection that guarantees results from programming.

NOTE:  Any Individual Diagnostic Service can be purchased at a rate of $150/hour
